At the Family Hotel Oberkarteis, little ski beginners quickly become confident young skiers. Our partner ski school “Toni Gruber” offers ski lessons for beginners and advanced skiers and guides your children with patience, enthusiasm and professional expertise as they learn to ski.
The best part: ski lessons and equipment can be conveniently reserved online before your arrival. This way, your family ski holiday starts relaxed and perfectly organised.
Young ski enthusiasts from around 3 years of age gain their first skiing experience on the practice slope directly next to the hotel. A 30-metre magic carpet lift comfortably brings them back up the hill while trained ski instructors teach their first turns in a fun and playful way.
Already confident on skis? Children from around 4 years of age can improve their technique directly in the Großarltal ski area. In the morning they are taken to the gondola station, where their ski course begins. Our hotel shuttle reliably brings them back after the lessons.
A short energy break with a drink and a power bar is included.
Once lunch is done, a colourful afternoon programme awaits: crafting, playing and cosy story time indoors. Warmly wrapped up, children can also head out into the snow – sledging, building snowmen, feeding the animals or enjoying a cheerful snowball fight.
Even the youngest guests under three years are lovingly cared for, and a quiet room with cosy beds is always available for rest time.
